A grilled cheese is just bread + cheese + heat = magic!

Method 1: Stovetop
1. Butter one side of each bread slice
2. Put one slice butter-side DOWN in cold pan
3. Add cheese on top
4. Put second slice on top, butter-side UP
5. Turn heat to medium-low
6. Cook 3-4 min until golden, flip, cook another 3-4 min
Method 2: Panini Press or Toaster Oven
Just butter, add cheese, press and toast!
Italian: Mozzarella + tomato + basil + pesto
BBQ: Cheddar + bacon + BBQ sauce
Breakfast: Cheese + scrambled eggs + bacon
Avocado: Add avocado for creaminess!
