High heat (450°F): Vegetables, pizza, fries

Medium heat (400°F): Most everything else

Low heat (325-350°F): Large roasts, slow-cooked items

💡 Pro Tips:
• Let meat rest before cutting! Juice redistributes.
• Roasted vegetables are done when edges are brown and crispy
• Use convection setting if you have it = crispier results
