The easiest breakfast!
Eggs are the perfect food - they're fast, cheap, and delicious!
Gordon Ramsay: "The key to perfect scrambled eggs is LOW heat and patience."
Classic (Gordon Ramsay style):
1. Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper
2. Melt butter in pan over LOW heat
3. Add eggs, stir CONSTANTLY with spatula
4. Remove when still slightly wet (carryover cooking!)
5. Add cold butter, stir to cool down
Easy method:
1. Crack eggs in pan, cook, scramble
2. More rustic, quicker
Cheese: Add at the end for melted goodness
Chives: Fresh and oniony
Bacon: Cook bacon first, then eggs in the same pan!
Everything bagel seasoning: Yummy on top!
